These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the rules that apply when you browse the Site, create an account, or place an order with us. They sit alongside any other policies we publish, such as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, all of which form part of your agreement with us.

By visiting the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If any part of these Terms is unacceptable to you, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.

We may introduce new features, tools or sections to the Site from time to time. Anything we add will automatically be covered by these Terms, so we'd encourage you to revisit this page occasionally rather than assuming nothing has changed.

Headings used throughout these Terms exist purely for ease of reading and do not affect how any clause is interpreted.

4. Accuracy of Content

5. Pricing and Availability of Services

Prices displayed on the Site may be changed at any time without prior warning, and we may alter, pause or withdraw any part of our Services whenever we consider it necessary. We will not be responsible to you or to anyone else for any consequence of a price change, service interruption or discontinuation.

6. Our Products

Some items we sell are offered only through this Site and may be produced or stocked in limited runs; where that's the case, returns and exchanges for those items follow our published Return & Refund Policy. We put real effort into photographing our garments accurately, but colors can render differently depending on your screen, so we can't guarantee that what you see on your monitor will exactly match the product you receive. We may cap the quantity of any item available for purchase, change descriptions or pricing without notice, or stop selling a particular product altogether, at our discretion. Wherever an offer would be unlawful in a given location, that offer is not extended there.

7. Placing Orders and Your Account Details

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including limiting the quantity purchased by a particular customer, household, payment method, or delivery address, whether or not multiple orders were placed together. Where we cancel or adjust an order, we will try to reach you using the contact details you provided when the order was placed. We may also restrict orders that appear, in our reasonable judgement, to have been placed by a reseller, dealer or distributor rather than an individual customer. When you place an order or create an account, you agree to give us accurate, current information and to update it — including your email address and payment details — so that we can process transactions and reach you if needed. 8. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

From time to time we may give you access to tools or services supplied by third parties over which we have no ownership or control. If you send us feedback, ideas, reviews or other material — whether we asked for it or you sent it unprompted — you agree that we may use, adapt, publish or share that material in any format, without owing you compensation or confidentiality obligations, and without being obliged to act on or respond to it. We may, but are not obliged to, screen or remove submissions that we consider unlawful, offensive, misleading, infringing or otherwise inappropriate. You are responsible for ensuring anything you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe someone else's rights (including copyright, trademark or privacy rights), and that it is free of harmful code. You agree to compensate and hold harmless Attire London, together with our officers, directors, employees, contractors and suppliers, against any claim or demand — including reasonable legal fees — brought by a third party as a result of your breach of these Terms or your infringement of any law or third-party right.

16. Severability

Should any clause in these Terms be found unlawful or unenforceable by a court, that clause will be applied to the maximum extent still permitted, or removed if it cannot be salvaged, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full effect.

17. Ending This Agreement

Either you or we may bring this agreement to an end at any time — you, by ceasing to use the Site; us, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, in which case we may restrict or remove your access without prior warning. Ending the agreement does not erase obligations or amounts already due at the point of termination; those survive.

18. The Full Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies we publish on the Site, make up the entire agreement between you and Attire London regarding your use of the Site, replacing any earlier discussions or versions of these Terms. If we don't enforce a particular provision on one occasion, that does not mean we've given up the right to enforce it later.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by, and should be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them will fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time by publishing an updated version on this page. Continuing to use the Site after an update has been posted means you accept the revised Terms, so please check back periodically.
