We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not quite right, we're happy to help make it easy.

  • Return window: 30 days from the date of receipt
  • Item condition: New, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging
  • Refund processing time: Within 10 days of us receiving and inspecting your return
  • Restocking fee: None — ever
  • Return shipping: Covered by the customer; cost varies by location
  • Exchanges: Always available

Returns Made Simple
Changed your mind? No problem. Just send us an email at sales@attirelondon.com and our team will walk you through everything. You have 30 days from the date you received your order to send it back — no reason needed. Just make sure the item is unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact, and pack it well with a trusted courier so it arrives safely. Please note return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Refunds
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you right away to confirm. Your refund will go back to your original payment method, and the whole process takes up to 10 days. And good news — we never charge restocking fees, so you get back exactly what you paid.

Exchanges
Want a different size or style instead? We've got you. Email us at sales@attirelondon.com and we'll help set up your exchange — same simple process as a return.

Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Reach out as soon as possible at sales@attirelondon.com and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we're unable to cancel it, but you're always welcome to start a return instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care with every order, but on the rare occasion something arrives damaged or isn't quite what you ordered, we're truly sorry — and we'll make it right. Just email us at sales@attirelondon.com and we'll sort it out quickly.
